Patricia Corey has over 25 years of experience in both public and privately held companies including high technology, manufacturing, distribution and venture backed companies. Ms. Corey’s previous positions include CFO of International Light Technologies, various financial management and international positions with Compaq Computer and Interim Controller for several venture backed companies.

Ms. Corey has overseen cash management, accounting, financial planning, risk management, system implementations, human resource and investor relations. She has performed due diligence for leveraged buy-outs, re-engineered infrasture and managed the integration of a merger.

Ms. Corey holds an MBA in Finance from Boston University and a BSBA in Accounting from Castleton State College in Vermont.
