Mary Miller has over 20 years of diversified financial experience with both public and private technology companies. Ms. Miller’s  experience includes the software, internet, telecommunications, service and biotechnology industries, with companies that range in  size from start ups to over $1 billion in revenue.   

In  2002, Ms. Miller started CFO Consulting Corp. to consult to high technology clients such as Biogen, Conjoin, Manifest Technologies and Seacoast Technologies.

Previously, Ms. Miller held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HealthGate Data Corp. where she was actively involved in the  Company’s pre-IPO and post-IPO efforts. Ms. Miller also spent over 8 years with Progress Software Corporation, a public software  company, where she held several senior financial positions and was primarily responsible for managing accounting, internal audit, financial planning, treasury, taxes and facilities on a worldwide  basis.  Ms. Miller has also held other financial positions at PictureTel (formerly  MultiLink), Genuity (formerly BBN Communications Corp.) and  Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Ms.  Miller is a certified public accountant and holds a BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a MBA from Northwestern  University.
