 Mr. Hanna is a seasoned senior executive who has over thirty years successful experience in high tech, manufacturing and consulting industries.   He has a unique blend of skills in three major areas: finance and administration, management information systems, and engineering.

KEY  SKILLS AND CONTRIBUTIONS

Finance  and Treasury—Integrated  and managed the treasury and investment functions involving both domestic and international banks as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of both public and private international companies.   He has successfully obtained over 25 million dollars in IRB  financing, plus Bank Lines of Credit, Private Placement, Sub-Debt Loans and UDAG financing, and completed several restructurings.

Mergers  and Acquisitions—Directed, developed, and managed the merger and acquisition process for his last three companies.  He has successfully completed the acquisition of five companies, divestiture of two, and the reorganization of two  companies including three interrelated companies into one public  entity.   

Strategic  Planning—Created  and developed the strategic and business planning for several  companies.  He is able to utilize his unique engineering and business experience to prepare business plans that combine a business and engineering explanation that is understandable to both investors and financial institutions.   

Management  Information Systems—Designed, developed and installed on-line database management and client server manufacturing control and financial information  systems and has consulted for a variety of clients and companies.  He has combined various systems into one system for  companies operating on several different legacy systems.

Mr. Hanna has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Yale  University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.
