Gary Patterson has more than 30 years experience including helping 73 companies, including serving as a senior executive with more than seven high growth companies in technology, wireless, service and manufacturing with several companies reaching 10x compounded annual growth in revenue. Gary also successfully negotiated more than 25 M&A transactions with a market value exceeding $300 million.

Mr. Patterson's experience includes software, Internet,  telecommunications, service and supply chain sectors, in companies from start up to Inc 500 to Fortune 500. He has served as interim  and permanent Manager, CFO, Director, COO, EVP, Partner, and  Director at companies including KPMG, Columbia Capital, Robertson CECO, Travelpro Luggage, American Cellular, and FairMarket.

Global experience includes the US, Europe, Latin America and  Asia-Pacific where operational experience was focused on sales  effectiveness, corporate reorganization, expanded import, export, manufacturing, distribution, and Internet business, benchmarking,  reducing business cycle times, increasing quality, designing and implementing strategic performance measurement systems. He was also the European coordinator for a global enterprise-wide leading-edge pilot software application for a Fortune 500.

Mr. Patterson holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, a BBA in Accounting from the  University of Mississippi, and is a CPA.
